I've built my career scaling early-stage and high-growth startups, leading all facets of operations and supply chain across procurement, planning, co-manufacturing, logistics, customer service, quality, and systems. I thrive in fast-moving environments where clarity, structure, and execution are urgently needed, but rarely resourced. My approach is hands-on and tailored: I embed with teams to stabilize the chaos, solve the root issues, and implement systems that actually support growth.
From designing inventory and forecasting tools to restructuring order flows and negotiating vendor contracts, I’ve overseen the full operational stack. I’ve built MRP systems from scratch, implemented S&OP processes, led cross-functional product launches, and driven collaboration across departments to ensure operations isn’t just functional—but foundational.
