How is Rivora different?

We’re not a big firm. You won’t get templated frameworks or vague strategy decks. Rivora brings hands-on, in-the-weeds support from someone who’s built supply chains from scratch and scaled startups through messy, high-growth phases. We move fast, focus on practical wins, and speak your language.


What’s your background?

Rivora was founded by an operations and supply chain leader with over a decade of experience scaling high-growth consumer brands. From demand planning and co-man transitions to ERP builds and cost-saving initiatives - our work is shaped by firsthand startup experience, not theory.


Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes, but only if it’s the right fit. Some clients bring us back in over time for new projects or periodic check-ins. We don’t push long-term retainers unless there’s a clear ongoing need—we prefer to keep things flexible and focused.


How quickly can you start?

It depends on scope and previous commitments, but we’re usually able to onboard quickly—especially for project-based or hourly support. We know how time-sensitive operational issues can be, and we don’t require lengthy lead-ins to get moving.
 

Can you work with our internal team or other consultants?

Definitely. We regularly collaborate with founders, internal ops leads, finance teams, and other specialists. Whether you need someone to own a workstream or slot in as support, we’re used to integrating seamlessly.
